Terms

Terms of use

Effective 15 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Pax browser extension, its apps and this website. By using Pax you agree to them.

Using Pax

Pax is free to use for personal and work purposes. You may not reverse engineer it to build a competing product, use it to break the law, or interfere with the services it connects to.

Your content

What you write, add or upload in Pax is yours. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload, such as photos or companion images. If you use sync, you give us permission to store your content only so we can sync it to your devices.

Third-party services

Pax shows information from services such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, CoinGecko, Twelve Data, ESPN, Open-Meteo and the publishers you follow. Their content belongs to them and is subject to their own terms. We don’t control it and can’t guarantee it is accurate, complete or on time.

Not advice

Prices, charts and market data are for information only and may be delayed. They are not financial advice. Prayer times are calculated estimates; follow your local mosque or authority where they differ. Scores and news may be delayed or incomplete.

Paid plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan when one is offered, the price, billing period and what is included will be shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Changes and availability

We improve Pax often and may change or remove features. We will tell you inside Pax before changes to these terms that affect you take effect.

Disclaimer and liability

Pax is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
